Detailed Information of Service
Target Groups: Community members (which includes women, children, and men) and health facility staffs.
Selection Method: by participating with DoPH’s meetings and provided information by DoPH, then we asses to make sure the needs of HFs.
Type of Response: Assessment, PPE Distribution, IPC Trainings, Covid Screening, COVID Informative Sessions, provide the primary health care.
Stake Holder: Department of Public Health (DoPH)
Coordination Cluster: In close coordination with DoPH and ADAA. Information collected in Health Facility level and community level will be used and shared as a prominent parameter of community health situation and diseases control level with other partners to contribute to better health services which surely in long-term can lead to a healthier society.
